6) Sieve analysis 98% min (pass through 100 mesh sieve)

(Above result are taken after preparing 6.43% slurry of bentonite powder with distilled water (i.e. 22.5 gram bentonite / 350 mlD.water )

Specification of O.C.M.A. (DFCP 4) grade bentonite powder

1) Moisture -13.0% max

2) Viscometer reading - 30.0 min (600 rpm)

3) Yield 16.0 c.m. min

4) Filtrate - 16.0 max

5) Sieve analysis 98% min (pass through 100 mesh sieve)
